When a client asks us for a product, we select some factories, negotiate prices and select the most suitable manufacturer for the operation. We visit the factory several times during production, and take care of transportation.

The customer sends us a sample or drawings of the product. We contact our suppliers, negotiate prices and select the manufacturer.

When the customer confirms the order, we control the production process, make a final inspection and send samples to the customer for approval before shipment. GISP is the only responsible for the quality of the product, and the only interlocutor with the customer.

The markets of Shanghai and Shenzhen, the most important markets in China, are open from 9:30 to 15:00. The Hong Kong market is open from 9:30 to 16:00.

The time difference between China and Barcelona is 6 hours in summer and 7 in winter, so to know the local time you have to subtract. For example, Shanghai closes at 8:00 in summer, European time.

We meet with the customer before the order is carried out to define how to perform the quality controls, and we perform checks during production and at the end.

If necessary, we send final samples to the customer, and the container isn’t shipped until the customer gives their approval.

Manufacturing times are usually between 30 and 60 days. Once the product is manufactured, the material can be sent by ship (about 35-40 days), or by air (one week, but much more expensive).
